In-stock order are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods this may occasionally take longer, but we will always aim to keep customers informed.
Delivery Time
Typical UK delivery times are 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kudu purchase.
30-Day Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
It must be in its original condition
It must be returned in its original packaging where possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund (if within 30 days).
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email: hello@kudugear.co. Include your order number and reason for return, and we will provide return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
