How to Fit Your Campervan External Screen Cover

External windscreen covers are one of the most effective ways to insulate your campervan or motorhome. By covering the glass from the outside, they create a thermal barrier that helps reduce condensation, retain heat in winter, and keep your van cooler in summer.

The good news is that fitting one takes less than a minute. Follow the simple guide below to correctly install your Kudu external thermal screen cover

Fitting Your Kudu Screen Cover

1. Place
Unfold and place the cover over the windscreen from outside the vehicle. Depending on your vehicle and your preference, the wipers can be lifted so they sit on top of the cover.

2. Secure
Open one cab door, and lift the corner flap over the door. Position the cover correctly and close the door to secure in place.

3. Repeat
Repeat on the opposite side. Only open the door slightly, as it won’t fit if you open it too far. Close the door firmly to hold the cover in place.

4. Adjust
Make any necessary position adjustments, and secure velcro under mirrors.

You're ready to go. Your Kudu cover is now creating a thermal barrier that helps reduce condensation and retain heat.
